Summary

A nurse who is from Sydney cause the 97-year-old women dead. She admits that the medications in the wrong way, but she was not manslaughter.
The nurse did not checking with a registered nurse and crushed three medications added them to the intravenous drip. This intravenous caused a heart attack and kill the 97-year-old women.


Personal reflection 
Nurses duties are looking after the patients. If they had an error, it may be deadly. They have to serious! 
medical science is a very important and it is about life.It do not allow to make mistakes.
